The Best and Brightest: What Makes Rise Interactive a Top Company to Work For?

The Best and Brightest program identifies and honors organizations that display a commitment to human resources and employee enrichment. We are proud to be among the list of winners and are just as proud to have also made the national Best and Brightest lists in 2013 and 2014 (we eagerly await the 2015 results!).
It’s no secret that Rise takes great pride in our commitment to attracting and retaining top talent. As the senior manager of talent acquisition for Rise, I love every part of the search for the Best and Brightest employees (and of course, co-workers). When I started working at Rise in 2012, we were made up of approximately 50 people. Now, we’re nearing 150 employees with substantial growth plans on the horizon. In fact, we’re expecting to nearly triple our staff in the next five years.
But to me, being a Best and Brightest company is more than a growing employee roster. It is a commitment to facilitating blossoming careers, providing leadership opportunities, developing new technology products and services, and having a positive impact on those around us.
